- 6 Tbsp. Health Ranger Select Organic Pea Protein Powder
- 3 Tbsp. Groovy Bee® Organic Coconut Milk Powder mixed with water
- 3 Tbsp. Health Ranger Select Premium Manuka Honey MGO 514+ (15+ NPA)
- 2 Tbsp. Health Ranger Select Organic Extra Virgin Coconut Oil (melted)
- 1 cup Health Ranger Select Organic Almonds
- ½ cup organic cashew butter
- 2 tsp. organic vanilla extract
- Pinch Health Ranger Select Pink Himalayan Salt Fine Ground
- (Optional: ½ cup organic dark chocolate chips)
- Blend the almonds into a fine powder.
- Using a food processor, mix the cashew butter, pea protein powder, coconut milk, honey, coconut oil, vanilla and salt together until fully incorporated.
- Fold the cacao nibs and chocolate chips into the cookie dough.
